you interested in helping make the Walk for the Animals
a HUGE success? We would love to have you join us!
There are many different volunteer opportunities available, both
before the Walk and on the actual day of the event. Please
review the list of current volunteer positions and let us know which
ones are of interest to you.
Before
the Walk
- Pre-Registration
- collect donations and register walkers
- Goodie Bag Stuffing
- create goodie bags for all participants
- Distribution -
distribute Walk brochures and posters throughout Broward County

Day

Set Up
/ Break Down - help setting up or breaking down
the event

Registration
- help check in walkers and collect donations

Data Entry
- help enter all walkers into our registration database

Goodie
Tent - hand
out incentive prizes to walkers

Doggie
Pools - make sure dogs have a clean and water-filled
area to splish & splash around

Water Stops
- help provide replenishment for thirsty 4-legged and
2-legged walkers

Puppy Patrol
- ensure walkers stay on the Walk route and that they pick up
after their dogs

Entertainment
- we need clowns, face painters, dog masseuses, magicians,
etc...
