Walk for
the Animals 2012 - A HUGE Success
 The
2012 Walk for the Animals took place March 3, at Huizenga Plaza in downtown
Ft. Lauderdale. Over 5,000 people and 2,000 dogs came out to support
the Humane Society of Broward County. Participants enjoyed live music
from The Thunderhead Band, tasty pancakes from IHOP and free giveaways
from over 36 sponsor booths. Thanks to the hard work of our Walk committee, volunteers and dedicated supporters the 22nd Annual Walk for the Animals raised over $530,260 net!
