Pet Press
Newspaper For Kids
Woof, wag, purr...have you heard about
the animal newspaper for kids? It's called Pet Press and it's designed
for kids 7 to 10 years of age. Pet Press is written by all of our homeless
animal friends at the Humane Society, and it is full of fun articles,
stories, activities, and puzzles for kids--all approved by the Broward
County School Board.Sponsor your child's classroom! Sponsoring your child's classroom to receive Pet Press for this school year will ensure each child gets their own copy of Pet Press, allowing us to educate the children about proper pet care and being kinder and more compassionate human beings. In addition to the newspaper, the teacher and principal will also receive a letter informing them of your generosity. Pet Press will mail every six weeks until the end of the school year. To send Pet Press to a selected classroom, please download and complete the Sponsorship Form and send it in along with your check made payable to the Humane Society of Broward County.
