Lopster's
Kids Club
Lopster is a howling because he found
a new home! Now that he's settled in, he decided he'd like to start
his own Kid's Club. Lopster LOVES kids and the Humane Society who found
him a home. He knows kids love the Humane Society too but are too young
to volunteer. Well, in Lopster's Kids Club, kids now have a way to help
animals!WHO? Lopster the dog has started a club, Lopster's Kids Club, which has two age groups: WHEN? Lopster's Kids Club meets once each month during the school year (September through May). Little Pups meet on the third Tuesday of each month (except in December we will meet on the second Tuesday due to Hanukkah) from 5pm-6:30pm, Middle Mutts meet on the first Tuesday of each month from 3:30pm until 5pm, and Big Dogs meet on the second Thursday of each month from 5pm until 6:30pm. WHAT? Each meeting includes a lesson in animal kindness or an animal-themed craft and hands-on interaction with the animals. WHERE? All of our meetings are held on the 2nd floor of the Humane Society of Broward County, 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. Each Club will participate in a fundraising activity to help the homeless animals! Click here to register for Lopster's Kids Club.
