COOPER'S

best human friend at the Humane Society of Broward County. Cooper joined
Caroline and her family just over a year ago and they are inseparable!
Cooper is an eight year old, Golden,Red Retriever who loves kids, dogs,
cats and humans! He loves to be brushed, play fetch, go swimming and
learn new tricks. He’s quite a guy!His brother Lopster, retired this year from the Kids Club. Lospter is at home chilling out, eating bones and going for long scent walks in the neighborhood! He is happy Cooper has taken over his Club. WHO? Kids of all ages can join Cooper’s Kids Club for the school year. The Clubs meet from September through May. WHAT? Kids Club is a great way for kids to learn about caring for animals, building empathy and being kind to our furry friends. Each meeting lasts an hour and a half. We spend at least half of our time with the animals and the other half learning about important lessons in animal kindness or working on animal-related projects. The annual membership fee is $25.00 which includes a Cooper's Club T-shirt. WHERE? Kids Club meets on the 2nd floor of the Humane Society of Broward County, 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. However during this year’s 2012 / 2013 renovations we may also be meeting in one of our mobile units. We will keep you advised. Please contact Caroline at ccrane@hsbroward.com for more information.
